Construction of stage 2 has begun in the Urbanity Campus Tachov
The Urbanity real estate group has just begun the construction of two more production buildings in its industrial campus in
Tachov. The clients will be able to adapt the offered units from 5,000 m2 to 18,200 m2 to suit their needs. They will fulfil
the most demanding requirements for the internal layout and quality of the working environment. Urbanity Campus Tachov became
the first industrial complex in the Czech Republic to receive the prestigious international BREEAM Communities certification.
The roofs of both halls will be covered with photovoltaic panels with a connection to battery storage and of course there
are also electric charging stations for cars.
The Urbanity Campus Tachov represents a new generation of industrial complex that is an integral part of the city and provide
services not only to employees but also to local communities. There is a company doctor and relaxation zones located here,
as well as a children's group, the foundation of which significantly supported pre-school education in the local region. Urbanity
has currently started the construction of two industrial buildings as part of the 2nd stage. Clients will be able to move
into them in the 2nd half of 2024. The units offer areas starting from 5,000 m2 with individual layouts and Urbanity will
thus be delivering over 31,000 m2 of industrial space to the market.
“We build production halls tailored for specific clients, to whom we want to provide custom-made premises in the highest
standards. People spend the greatest part of the day at work, so it is important to prepare an environment where they will
feel good. We have also prepared pre-selected architectural interior designs for our clients to view, which pleasantly match
the colour scheme with the materials used. They can choose their design according to their own preferences. Our individual
approach ensures long-term satisfaction for the client, who then has no reason to look for other premises, which we perceive
as the best form of feedback,” said Markéta Šimáčková, the COO of Urbanity Group.
The completion of the complex also counts on the construction of a multifunctional building that will offer hotel-style accommodation,
and a project for a public forest park and preschool. Last year, the extensive reconstruction of the infrastructure and cultivation
of greenery already took place, together with the implementation and use of renewable energy sources.
